mo summa summa summa

... and even some random "before" summa pics I came across...
like Davy's band performing at Rock Candy record store a while back!
... aaand... performing at Liam's way cool 4th of July party!
Fast forward again to NOW - actually last Friday night - and once again, we have more of my beloved young women from church over for treats and movies! AND... our oldest son Daniel had just arrived home from college, and put himself to good use scooping the ice cream with his big guns :D
 Kacy, Tori, and Pearl :)
 Sarah, Liz, and Megan :)
Pearl, Blythe, Chelsea, Kacy, and Tori :)
Kacy & Tori :)
And I didn't get a pic of my co-hart in crime, Kerrie - who made the most *amazing* Cinnabon popcorn! WHOA! Kerrie, you're so awesome! :D
Luna was just a bit plum-tuckered-out after everything, hehe :)
Meanwhile... Davy spent the weekend at the beach in Ventura with his friends/bandmates Jimmy and John, and their church group. Here is Davy with Jimmy's younger brother David... who is one of the Mouse's best friends. Did you get all that? There may be a test later to see if you're really reading :/
Best pic of Jimmy EVER. Seriously... EVER. As in totally EPIC.
Davy and John showing poor David just a little too much love :/
Meanwhile #2... the Mouse went to Yosemite with Caitlin's family and their hang-gliding group. They had a great time rafting and seeing several bears :/ And isn't this a great pic? I just love it :) Thanks so much to Caitlin's family - Matthew had an amazing time!
~
I hope you're all having a terrific week! I have a badly injured back (aaargh!!!) but aside from the nervous breakdown I finally had today I keep going... very slowly, hehe :/ I still managed to give 3 haircuts, see "The Help"(OH. MY. GOSH. SO. OUTSTANDING.) and have lunch with two very dear friends, Annie and Jamie :) And I'll be back soon with more fun pics of the boys now that our elusive son Daniel is home... and also with some more photos of PROJECTS I've been working on.

  1. I love reading your posts. I see so much love and happiness in every picture. I'm sorry about your back, though. I look forward to your next share. Feel better my dear.

  2. I could walk into your those pictures, sit down, grab a handful of popcorn and feel soooo at home. I love seeing those girls and... that ice cream scooping son... priceless.

Enjoy your time with your college son!!!!!

Summer is over around here... it has cooled down to 95-ish (as compared to 100 to 115 we have had all summer!). We feel like Fall has arrived!
