more shtuff

 I looked up from my kitchen counter the other day, to see all these adorable smiles, and notes,

and postcards from dear friends..... all on the side of my fridge..... and it just made me so happy :)

I don't think I've ever posted this pic before, but if you've been in my kitchen, you'll recognize it! 

 I got a late Valentine's Day gift too..... John sent me some *way* cool headphones - PINK!

 They're called Urban Ears - they come in all kinds - and they're just too cool for school!

Thank you John - that was such a welcome and thoughtful surprise! :)

 I can't help it..... I take pics of my beautiful Luna whenever possible :)

 She's so photogenic, it's just amazing to me! But the irony is, she HATES being photographed!

I have to sneak nearly every single photo I take of her or she will immediately run away!

She's got the cutest profile :)

Some of you asked me after my previous post, if Matt's hair was blonde now.....

Does this answer your question?! This was literally the 3rd time we bleached it

and I was pretty much ready for his hair to start melting :/ 

I made him have this pic taken because he looked like he had a Dutch hat on, hehe :)

 And NO - he did NOT ask my permission the first time he bleached it!!!

But doggone him - it looks pretty good and that kid gets away with everything!

(hoping some sense will fill his brain the longer he stays upside down.....)

Jenn is the daughter of my childhood friend Lauren, whom you've seen here many times before. 

Jenn will graduate in Film from Pepperdine in April - exciting!

She's such a darling girl - smart, funny, talented, unique, pretty - and we love her :)

Davy and Jenn have sooooo much in common, and they enjoy being together a LOT!

I was obviously in the wrong state of mind when I was thinking that this week would be less busy/stressful/crazy than last week... and that I would be able to catch up on those blog posts I had to toss. Silly me. This week's craziness has blown me out of the water. That's less dramatic then saying shot to hell - HAHAHAHAHA :D But seriously, I've hardly had a second that I haven't been running errands & doing chores, working on projects with deadlines, or being a taxi cab. It's taken it's toll too, cuz I finally came down with the cold I've been trying really hard to fight. Nothing serious, I'm just sooooo tired. But because I've pushed back yet another pile of intended blog posts, I'm doing a hodge podge of pics from here and there. TODAY IS YOUR LUCKY DAY! LOL! I have a virtual panoply - a plethora, if you will - of random pics that I never got around to posting. I'm building my boards over at *Pinterest* (follow MY boards by clicking here -----> Meg Walker!!!) and you'll probably see some of these pics over there too. And if you haven't heard of *Pinterest*, oh my gosh... heaven help you! It's more fun and addicting - and INSPIRING! - than Facebook!!! It's not just eye candy - it's inspiration for the heart and soul! I will be doing a blog post highlighting *Pinterest* in the near future, so stay tuned. In the meantime, just look at all the fun stuff I have for you today!

First things first! My love and congratulations goes out to my fabulous nephew Sam, who graduated high school this week, dripping with honors and all kind of accomplishments. I am proud of him and happy for him, and know that he will make the world a better place! I also want to mention my 7 precious senior girls from church that graduated as well! I don't like to post their pics here cuz of internet creepers :/ but I want them to know how amazing I think they are, and how dearly I love them, and how excited I am for them! xoxo

My tiniest - and oldest - quilt, is really not quilt size, or even baby blanket size!

It's more like a little sampler... a primitive Scotty dog, crudely quilted... so precious :)

I collect small stitcheries too, and this one is my all time favorite. I want to live there :)

And speaking of textiles, this is my textile armoire. It's changed a lot since this pic!

For my readers that aren't my friends on Facebook (that doesn't sound right - why aren't you my friends on FB?!)... you didn't see what I discovered a few days ago. The Mouse had used the stove as a whiteboard!!! :-0 One of those instances when you're not quite sure how to react - if you're more concerned that this will be a permanent addition to the stove decor, or all melty inside about the message itself... (I chose the latter)

 Then yesterday the Mouse struck again! 

I woke up to my gnomedge looking like Billy Gibbons from ZZ Top! :/

I KNOW RIGHT?!?!

Last but not least, I found these sweet photos of Angel - I can't believe I never posted them before! Looking so tiny, all rolled into a ball, and so sound asleep :) I love it when they're so curled up they cover their little noses with their paw :)
